The building will also have 196 bicycle parking spaces, including 176 long-term and 20 short-term parking spots. The indoor amenity space is proposed to be 1,798 square metres, while the outdoor amenity space is 426 square metres. Furthermore, the project includes incorporating the Frank Stollery Parkette, located north of the site, in the redevelopment plan.
