Documents for Rental Application

Here is the list of documents we will need for your rental application

1) IDs (drivers license or passport) of every person that is going to be on the rental application

2) Employment letter(s)  from each applicant 

3) 2 recent pay stubs from each applicant

4) Rental application to be signed by every applicant, please leave the part for the date and address blank

5) Full Equifax credit report for every applicant. You can get it here: https://www.consumer.equifax.ca/personal/
