I bought a condo via Alex in April 2019. I can give him solid 5 stars for his job, and definitely recommend to all people who are interested in purchasing a property. He will take care of all aspects of buying a condo, and guide you from A to Z . He certainly knows what he's doing and how the market works. I had no problems working with Alex at all, great guy ! Alex and his team were amazing. He had Beri Hurtado show me properties and as my agent she was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a condo. Also, Alex was able to link me with Izzy and his financial team who were able to provide me with a short term loan. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend Alex, Beri and the team highly. It was a pleasure to work with them all.

I told her exactly what I could afford each month, and she really understood my budget and worked with it. I was looking for something simple with good amenities, especially a kitchen, and she found me an even better one-bedroom unit that was still under budget.
